How Does This Process Work?

Our goal at this stage is simple, we want to be helpful. Most people we talk to do not become clients, but that doesn’t mean we pull up the drawbridge. At this stage we want to determine if we can be a good adviser to you.

First Call ~ 30-45 Minutes

The first call is all about understanding you and your situation. We’re going to ask some questions about your overall situation, and how everything is currently set. If it goes well and you agree, we’re going to schedule a second call where we can talk about the issues in your case. 

 

Intermission ~ 2-3 days

In between the two calls, our team is going to sit down and draft an analysis of your situation. We are going to identify what you are trying to do, and the issues which may stand in your way. Then we’re going to send it back to you.

 

Initial Review ~ 45-60 minutes

Then we’re going to have a second call where all we do is go through your situation as we see it. We’re going to confirm your goals and the information you gave us, then we’re going to go through all the things in your case that you may or may not be aware of.

At the end of the call you can decide if you want to work with us as a client. There is never any pressure, we’re not going to call you 100 times afterward to see if you want to move forward. We’re going to let you decide on your terms.
